Let us take you on a little adventure.
Join us for an immersive and uplifting experience as we dive into the world of
yoga, meditation and into ourselves.
As we cross over the sea and we arrive on the beautiful Isle of Wight we can
fully dedicate our time to ourselves. We will have plenty of time for asana
practice and pranayama and as we have 3 nights away we have time to explore
a little more even.
Gong baths, long countryside walks, home cooked vegan food and
the option to explore different types of meditation.
The weekend will nourish us from the inside out - expect to relax, learn
something new, enjoy, connect, experience & flourish.

Your retreat location - home for the weekend
We invite you to share the beautiful historic Jacobean manor house on the Isle
of Wight with us. Situated on the south-west side of the Isle of Wight, Northcourt
Manor was built in 1615 on the site of a monastic building.
The 15 acre, glorious garden enjoys a very special microclimate, nestled below
the Downs between the chalk and greensand ridges. All of which is ours to
explore for the weekend.
Northcourt House
There are many ways of getting to Northcourt House. You can either take the
train to Portsmouth and then the ferry (for which we will get discounted tickets).
On the other side we will be happy to collect you by car. We will also connect us
all in a WhatsApp group and we can arrange car-shares.
Once you arrive at Northcourt House you will feel immediately at home. Our
retreat chef Emma will be cooking Vegan food in the kitchen which also serves as our
dining room, so the house will be smelling amazing all day long. There’s no
need to bring anything, this retreat is all-inclusive and we will make sure to have
teas and food on tap for you 24/7.
The best bit about our weekend home is the stunning yoga shala in which we
will spend many fantastic hours.
Northcourt House offers us twin bedrooms and we will be able to talk to you
about sleeping arrangements so that you are all comfortable in your rooms.
This is YOUR retreat - do as much or as little as you wish
We are very excited to create this weekend retreat for you and it is our utmost
desire to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Once you’ve arrived you
don’t need to worry about anything at all.
We will put together a weekend schedule for you which will include your yoga
asana practices, gong baths, mediation workshops, mindfulness sessions and we
will also plan in a trip or two to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight.
We really want to spoil you, from the food that will be cooked for you to the
sessions we plan, but we also want you to be a able to relax, sleep as much as
you want and spend time on your own if you wish.
This is YOUR time away
from home, we want you to do whatever you like!
What to bring
Please bring your yoga mat if you have one - it’s lovely taking it on a journey! A couple of sets of yoga clothes are great and apart from that - it is ALL casual! Bring an outdoor jacket, waterproofs and walking boots or wellies for our country walks. Last but not least, a refillable water bottle comes in handy too!

A welcome ceremony will allow us to come together
after we have arrived. Morning asana flows, expect to get hot! Revitalising
wake up yoga. Yoga Nidra, Sound Baths and a session of Kirtan or two.
There will be a minimum of 6 asana practices.
Choose from workshops on mindfulness and meditation.
Peace, quiet, internal - exploration, connections and lots of giggles with others.
